Welcome and thanks for visiting blue pepper, guided dance improvisation sessions recorded live online with Eri Funahashi Geen. The audio takes you through movement and dance improvisation, wherever you are – whether you are at home, in the studio or outside, under the sky. Just press play and let the words guide you through your dance!
The theme of this first session is space.
If you would like to move with music, I have shared a playlist which you could play simultaneously to the recording. Feel free to also use a playlist of your own or dance without music. It’s your choice.
The pauses in my words are time and space for you to keep sensing and exploring the ideas that are offered. Feel free to interpret the words in your own way for your impulse to move and dance. Enjoy the journey!
